Engagement session at Rocks State Park

Looking for some engagement session inspiration? I loved this Rocks state park session at Kilgore falls and the King and Queens seat.

From the parking lot, we hiked to the falls when I realized we weren’t able to get any closer to the waterfall without getting knee-deep in freezing water. When Michael and Rachel told me they didn’t mind getting in the water I was all for getting the perfect shot right in front of the falls.

Kilgore Falls Engagement Session

During their consult, they had chosen two locations within Rocks state park. I was a little worried we would lose daylight sun so we started a bit earlier and did the falls first. Rachel choose a white dress from Amazon that I thought was absolutely perfect! Their second location was the King and Queens seat, this one is sentimental to me! My fiance Logan had taken me to this very spot on one of our first dates! The view is insane and I don’t recommend this spot unless you are ok heights and being on the verge of a cliff. I think everyone’s a bit scared once they get out there. I tried to relax Rachel here by telling Michael to hold her from behind and think about their approaching wedding day. The image below is definitely one of my all-time favorites.
